Our family
Liatakis family moved to Paleochora a few years before the second World War, Aristeidis Liatakis was an olive oil trader and in the 60′s he also started a small company with supplies for building houses together with his sons Eleftherios a Eftihios. The hotel was built in 1988, it was established by the three brothers Eleftherios, Eftihios and Konstantinos.

The years have gone by fast since then and now the hotel is basically run by the son and daughters of Eleftherios, Aris, Eleni and Emmanuela. Konstantinos and Eftihios are also working a few hours a day in the reception.
Aris, married with Johanna from Sweden and together they have a daugther, Eleftheria and a son, Eftihis Maximos who was born in October 2010. Eleni is married with Vassilis, they have two children – a daughter ,Panagiota and a son Eleftherios.Emmanuela has a daughter, Efterpi

Kostantinos, is married with Christina and they have a daughter, Artemis.

Everyone speaks English, from basic like uncle Eftihios, to fluent like Johanna and Aris. Emmanuela also speaks very good German.
